• There will not be an "Open Delivery" for COD orders as delivery executives are not authorized to do so. We request you to not to cancel COD deliveries and we assure a refund in case of damaged or wrong product delivery.

• Return request must be communicated within 2 days of product receipt.

• We will get the item picked up from your place at a mutually agreed time and date.
• Please keep the original packing to return your purchase so goods reach us safely - the same way they have reached you safely!
• You will receive a full refund (both Online and COD Payments) within 7 working days after we receive back the product in good condition.
